Old South Company was Founded in 1985 by James J. McCracken Jr. Jim Started his career in Quincy, Illinois as a Distributor Salesman for the Smith Scharff Paper Company of St. Louis, Missouri. In 1982 accepted a position with a Shreveport, Louisiana based company, Consolidated Marketing Incorporate, CMI.


With a full career of Distribution Sales, Jim started OSC as a Manufacturers Representative Group, selling Packaging Products to the Paper and Packaging Distributor Network in the Southwest United States. Headquartered in Lewisville, Texas (Dallas)


Jim's Oldest Son, Jay, joined the Company in 1995 bringing the next generation  into the business. With Jay's background in Management and People Development it was a nice addition.


Mike, the secound son, joind us in 2001. His background in graphics and printing added another layer that benifited the team and is the director of operations.


Jay & Mike now run the company.
